Google allows me to do this on Gmail. I spent half an hour trying tricks, and come to the conclusion I can't. I can't print to pdf, because the drivers are not installed and the computer is locked down.
I can't cut and past to Word and download from there because it doesn't render images and other information. It seems to me that Microsoft would want to include the save as pdf feature in the options of the email.
